Grow the trade parts sales on behalf of a prestige motor manufacturer through its Dealer network.
Working in conjunction with the Business Development Coach, identify and convert trade sales opportunities in the independent collision, mechanical & service & wear sectors
Achieve targeted sales growth through visits and the promotion of the Manufacturer and Dealer’s offer.
Use analysis of spend patterns to prioritize activities to customers with the greatest growth potential
Identify and convert new customers
Implement Service Level Agreements between customers and the Dealers
Implement & promote the usage of the Manufacturers IT systems, carrying out training and coaching as required
Produce sales and activity reporting as required to agreed deadlines
Experience and Expectation:
Expert knowledge and recent experience of the parts trade industry from a franchised dealer, the vehicle manufacturer or aftermarket competitive parts operations.
A proven track record of B2B sales
Minimum of 5 years in the parts trade - customer-facing or sales experience
Sound knowledge and understanding of the independent repair sector
Understanding of IMT & Accident Repair Centre service and product requirements
Ability to plan for and achieve results
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability & experience of coaching
Flexible approach to work – a self-sufficient, self-starter
Ability to develop and build customer relationship
